Dr. Yanez is from the city of Tijuana, Mexico. He is certified by the Mexican board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery CMCPER . The CMCPER is the only Organization endorsed by CONACEM (National Regulatory Committee of Medical Specialties Councils) that has the authority to Certify Plastic in Mexico, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgeons.
He trained as a plastic surgeon at the the General Hospital of Mexico City, where he worked as chief resident of the PS dpt., and practiced with several of the most renowned plastic surgeons in Mexico.
